"Ok, I'm going to show you how to steep loose tea in the teapot and the teapot that you may have could be any size. They make them large and small. The one I have hear holds about two cups of water and so, what I'm going to do is I'm going to open it up and it's got this stainless steel strainer and basically, the tea goes in the strainer and the strainer drops down into the water and it's got this lip on it that keeps it from falling in. So, and this teapot is great because it's got a lid that locks in the heat, as well as the ceramic construction. It keeps the heat in while your tea is steeping. So, I'm going to make a darjeeling black tea in this pot today and I'm going to just take two teaspoons of tea because it's a two cup pot, and so you know, you always want to know your equipment. So, the tea's right down there in the strainer and one thing I said I like about this teapot is once you've steeped it for the desired amount of time, I'll sometimes just pull this strainer out and set it on my saucer and that way I can enjoy two cups of tea and it won't start getting bitter because it steeped too long. So, it's in there, I've got my boiling water and I'm just going to fill it all the way up, close the lid, and for this black tea, I'm going to steep it for three minutes. And so, after three minutes is done, I'm going to pour it in my cup, which I've warmed up, by putting some boiling water in it, which I'll then discard and I'll enjoy my tea."
