"Ok, now let's talk about measuring. Now, you can adjust how much tea you are adding to your water in your teapot or your cup based on your own tastes, as you can adjust the steep time as well, but it's always good to have a foundation and have a very consistent measurement that you start with. So, a cup is a cup, right? When we're talking about a cup, we mean a cup as in measurement, ok? So, a measuring cup. So, if you're just making a cup using a diffusing ball or your loose leaf tea bag, go ahead and use one of these. If you're using a French press, or a teapot, you're going to want to calculate how many teaspoons of loose tea you'll need for the number of cups you'll be brewing."
