" So our water is now done, we are ready to add it to the French Press. Usually you want to wait about 5 minutes. The longer you wait, the stronger the blend will be. Essentially, we are pouring the water directly into the French Press. I pour it almost full, to the bottom of this metal bar here. I found that's a good ratio for myself. Usually I like to wait about 5 minutes, like I said. Right now we just let this sit. I'm going to cover this so the heat doesn't get away. We let this sit for about 5 minutes, and let the beans and the water fuse together and blend."
