"Hi, I am Natalja form the Red Brick Cafe. On behalf of Expert Village, we are going to learn how to properly make poplar gourmet coffee house drinks. So now we are going to learn how to make soy Cappuccino. The first thing that is really important to note you choose the right soy. You might have to go through several types of soy to try out before you find the one that works for you. It basically has to foam up really well and not bubble. So, I have found that this one here particular is really good. The first thing I am going to do is pour some soy into my pitcher. I am actually going to foam the milk at the same time I do the espresso shot. We are going to move to the espresso shot. Make sure you get the perfect espresso because the espresso is the very final part of the cappuccino. Now while I wait for my espresso shot to finish, I am going to foam the milk, the soy milk. You basically want to foam this exactly like you would do with regular milk for cappuccino except when you are almost finding that the milk is getting hot enough, that is when you want put it on half speed or half force and just kind a finish it off like that. That way you get the most volume of your soy. Make sure you clean your steamer very well. A good thing to do also is to tap your pitcher down to get rid of all extra bubbles. Then like you do with a normal cappuccino, you are going to hold it with a spoon, pour out the liquidizer stuff first. Then let go of it and as you can see it is really thick and nice. We are going to get the rest foamier part on top. You have a really beautiful looking soy cappuccino. There you go."
