"Hi my name is Natalja from the Red Brick Cafe and on behalf of Expert Village.com, we're going to learn how to make espresso blended drinks with care and excellence. The cappuccino can be made in a couple of different ways. The one that I've made here is a slightly drier version. Now I'm going to make a wetter version. So the first thing you want to do is pull our shot. And while I'm waiting for the shot to pull through, I'm going to steam my milk. So it's pretty much the same way you're steaming your milk for the drier, except you submerge the steam wand longer and don't let too much air in, and that's going to result in the milk being more liquidy. So it's almost like doing a latte, but you want more foam. Now it's really important to pour the milk right in the cup and not wait too long. Otherwise it's going to thicken. So now I'm going to pour the milk in, and as you can see, it's slightly wetter and there's a little bit more blending."
