"Hi, I am Natalja from Red Brick Cafi. On behalf of Expert Village, we are going to learn how to properly make popular gourmet coffee house drinks. So now we are going to learn how to make an Iced Latte. The first thing we are going to do is actually pull your shot. You don't want to put it right into the cup but we are actually going to put it in this little pourer. If you decide to go with flavoring like, for example, chocolate or you want to have any sugar in your latte, you should put that in the pourer so that it actually melts and blends well with the espresso shot. I am actually going to put sugar in my latte because that's how I like it. Then we are going to pull are shot. We are actually going to do a double shot. Put it under both spouts. And while we are waiting for the shots to pull, I am just going to fill up the mug with ice. Then to make this latte extra rich and good, we are going to both put homogenize milk and some cream. Definitely not great for your figure, but it is incredibly good. I am going to put about 3/4 of the milk. Then I am going to take our shot and make sure that it is well blended, pour it in, stir it a little bit. It's really going to cool down now. Then I like to put some cream into the pitcher to get the rest of the espresso. Stir. Pour it in. There you have it. A delicious Iced latte."
