Series Summary

Bartenders work in bars, pubs, or taverns and serve alcoholic drinks; beer, wine, cocktails, and other non-alcoholic libations like soft drinks. Bartenders are expected to know how to mix and serve hundreds or even thousands of different types of drinks. But more than this, bartenders are our sometime psychologists, therapists, and tour guides. And while their prescriptions and advice are not backed up by any medical or university degree, their medicines are nevertheless used widely and frequently, and perhaps rightly so.

In this free video series our experts Endre Tornoczi and Istvan Petz will show you how to make some of the most popular alcoholic drinks: a daiquiri, a margarita, a barcardi cocktail, and a tequila sunrise. They will also show you how to make a martini, a mai tai, white russians, and melon coladas. Finally, Endre and Istvan will show you some cocktail making tricks and showmanship.

Put some ice in a glass and you have to put some ice in a shaker to. Make sure that the shaker is cold. If it is very cold you can see some action on the shaker and just shake the regular ice cause we really need a cold shaker. We need Barcardi 4 counts of white. 1,2,3,4. "
