"Hi I'm going to tell you all about Sparkling Wine. Now sparkling wine is made just about any area that actually produces wine. People love bubbly so just about any producer of wine will make a sparkling wine. Sparkling wine by definition has extra carbon dioxide. As a matter or fact up to six atmosphere of pressure of carbon dioxide is dissolve within this bottle. And you might not believe this but a good bottle of bubbly at six atmosphere of pressure has 56 million bubbles on it. If you want to know who counted that? So do I. And actually the people who volunteered counted that. I tell you more about that later. So sparkling wine comes from all over the world. Fifty six million bubbles in there. The most famous of course, I don't even have to tell you is champagne. And all champagne is sparkling wine but not all sparkling wine is champagne. Champagne only comes from a region in France known as Champagne and then make the world's most famous and probably most beloved, definitely most expensive sparkling wine. You can also get a wonderful sparkling wine from Italy. It's usually called the Spumante or Frizzante. You can get a sparkling wine from South Africa where it?s called Cape Classique. You can get a sparkling wine from Germany where it's called the which is S-E-K-T. You can also get a sparkling wine from the New World Wine producers, California, Washington State, Oregon, Chile, Argentina, Australia, makes amazing sparkling wine. Even New Zealand. And those wines are called just Sparkling Wine."
