"Now that we've been boiling for about 50 minutes here, it's time to go ahead and do our second hop addition. We'll be adding one ounce of Goldings Hops and these hops are going to give us more "hop" flavor and more "hop" aroma. The hops that we've had in here boiling, for the last 50 minutes, don't have a whole lot left in them, as far as aroma. It smells very nice, in the room here, but that's because all of the aroma is escaping and going out into the air, from boiling action. We're going to use a little less on these, just an ounce here. Go ahead and add these in, stir them on in there, just like we did with the hops before. This second hops addition, often called the "aroma hop" addition, we want to boil for an addition ten minutes, or so."
