"Hi, my name is Ivan and we are here with Expert Village and in this clip we're going to learn about beers, different kind of beers. Now we are upstairs in our bar and we gonna pour from a keg, some of draft beer. We have 2 kegs on tap. Two beers, one, the big one, is a 50 liter keg, which is Beck's from Germany. And the 30 liter keg is Bordis Jenna which is a premium Hungarian beer. A little bit darker with a touch of caramelized sugar in it. To make a perfect pint make sure to wet the glass with cold water and we tilt it the way we poured it from the bottle. And here he have a perfect pint of Beck's. We gotta do the Hungarian premium beer. As you can see it is much darker in color. The difference between draft beer and bottled beer is the less preservative is in a keg so after opening you must use the keg within 4 to 5 days and the keg is usually good for 30 days. The bottle beer is usually good for 6 months to one year and it contains, goes through pasteurization and contains some preservatives, depending on the beer. So, if you go to a pub it's much better to get a beer from draft, it contains less ingredients and it's a fresher, crisper tasting beer than drinking it out of the bottle. But, remember, Corona is only available in the bottle. So, if you're going to do the Mexican stuff you must get a bottle of beer."
