"Hi, my name is Ivan and we are here with Expert Village and in this clip we are going to learn about beers, different kinds of beers, and in this very clip we're going to learn about lagers or pilsners. Producing a lager is a modern fermentation process when the yeast has a sinking to the bottom of the tank and they are removed from the bottom and the beer is fermented. Lagers or the pilsners are the same beer. We are going to try on of those Czechs Pilsners Urquell. The Pilsner beer company was found in 1842, one of the oldest Pilsner brewing in the world and the beer has a nice balance between bitterness, sharp taste and a creamy touch because of the caramel that's inside. Uhm!"
