In my opinion you should have at least some knowledge of a subject before you make a video like this.
Let's go over the errors I noticed in the few minutes I watched your videos. You said in an ale the yeast is removed from the top after fermentation. Actually most ale yeast falls to the bottom after fermentation. You said ales are darker than lagers. Wrong. Schwarzbier is a lager that is nearly black and opaque, while a witbier is an ale that is so light it is almost white. Darker beers have less malt? Sorry. Color usually comes from the use of darker malts. Also more malt will actually make a beer darker. Ales have more alcohol than lagers? Wrong again. Dopplebock is a style of lager and is usually between 7% and 12% ABV while Ordinary Bitter is an ale and is normally from 3.2% to 3.8% ABV.
