"Hi, my name is Brandon Sarkis on behalf of Expert Village. Today I’m going to show you how to make the holiday favorite Spiced Apple Cider. Okay, so now we’re going to take our cider, and pour it into our glass, and hope we don’t make a mess. There we go, and you can see how clear it came out because you can see my hand behind it, you can see my finger, whatever, so it’s a really, really, super, super, super clear, super clean looking. Now for our presentation of this, some people will put a, a little dollop of butter in there, for that rum and butter kind of flavor, except without the rum. Some people would actually take the cinnamon stick that they cooked with, you know you can actually, or take multiple cinnamon sticks and you can take fresh ones and stick them in every single one. Some people put sprinkle, put brown sugar on the rim of the glass, it’s just a matter of personal preference really. I like to make mine just like this. Some people actually would serve it with a slice of lemon, so, it’s just a matter of really preference when it comes down to it. I personally like mine just like this, so it’s really great in the winter, it’s really great for Christmas. This recipe makes about a quart, a little less than a quart, because you boil some of the water out. So you know, if you are having people around for the holidays, you can knock this out in really, honestly, if you, if you, if you are in a hurry, you know forty five minutes to get the whole thing done. It’s a great recipe, hopefully you enjoyed watching the video and I’m going to go and drink this, so watch some of my videos and have a happy holidays and enjoy your apple cider. "
