"Hi, my name is Brandon Sarkis on behalf of Expert Village. Today I’m going to show you how to make the holiday favorite Spiced Apple Cider. Alright, it’s been about half an hour, so we’re going to give this a stir, make sure everything is all nice and stirred together. Now we’re going to grab that lemon zest, and we’re just going to drop it right in and what we want to do now, is we want to get the most flavor out of the zest in the least amount of time possible. So we’re going to crank it up to high again, let this hit a full boil and then once it’s at a full boil, we’re going to let it boil for about a minute, and then we’re going to kill the heat and strain it. So you can see that it’s starting to bubble right there, yeah, we’re just going to let this go at a full boil, boil for a minute and looks like we’re almost at a boil. It should come to a boil fairly quickly too, because you have had it at a nice even simmer. Nice full boil like this, like I said for a minute, let it go and then what we’re going to do is we’re going to strain it out and serve it. So I’ll be back in a minute to strain it, so one minute on the boil. Okay, our minutes up, so let’s kill the heat, let it calm down completely, and now what we’re going to do, is we’re going to transfer this into, we’re going to strain this and transfer it into a different container as we strain it, so let’s do that. "
