"Hi, my name is Brandon Sarkis on behalf of Expert Village. Today I’m going to show you how to make the holiday favorite Spiced Apple Cider. Alright, so it’s been three minutes so what we’re going to do is we’re going to turn our heat down to about five, you know about halfway, like medium. You want to stir this really well, make sure there’s no sugar lumps in there, which there really shouldn’t be at this point, but you want to make sure. I don’t see any, really anywhere and it’s okay if all of your aromatics, your cloves and your cinnamon and everything start floating, it doesn’t hurt anything. So what we’re going to do, is we’re going to let this simmer down, see how there aren’t any bubbles hitting the surface? That’s what we’re looking for. You want to let it simmer uncovered, because if you cover it, you’re just basically recycling the same amount of liquid and you’re not letting some of the stuff escape, you want it to escape. Well, we’re going to let it go like this for about a half an hour, at a nice like five, maybe four and a half. We’ll just kind of see, usually five does it though for half an hour and then we’re going to come back and add our lemon zest. At that point, let it go about five more minutes and then we’re going to strain the cider and it will be really to go. Anyway so let this go for about half an hour and I guess I’ll see you in thirty minutes. "
