"Hi, my name is Brandon Sarkis on behalf of Expert Village. Today I’m going to show you how to make the holiday favorite Spiced Apple Cider. Okay, now that this has reached a boil, we’re just going to kill the heat. You don’t want to let it boil too much because you’ll just start boiling the liquid out of it. You’re just going to take a normal every day ice pack that you would get, keep around for accidents. Just use this to stir, and this will help take a lot of the heat out of this. This is just an ice pack that you would use like to put into an ice cooler or something like that to help keep it cold in, in place of using ice. This isn’t the kind you would use on a burn or something, you know or an injury, these are the ones you use to you know put in your coolers or Icy Mist, stuff like that. You can also make these yourself if you want to take a, like a twenty-ounce or liter soda bottles, and when you’re done with them, you just put some water inside and freeze them, make sure that you leave some room, before you put the cap on because as it freezes it expands, and it’ll rip the whole thing up and you don’t want that. So once this is cooled off enough to put in the freezer and not make a giant mess, which is probably where it’s at right now. Yeah, you can see it’s actually starting to melt the ice inside of here. Right and so now we’re just going to pop this into the freezer, and while that’s going on I will, while this is cooling off, we’ll just go ahead and zest our lemon. "
