"Hi, my name is Brandon Sarkis on behalf of Expert Village. Today I’m going to show you how to make the holiday favorite Spiced Apple Cider. Now the first thing I’m going to do, I’m going to turn my heat on, on my pan and I’m going to take all of my apple juice, this is, this is a purifying process, I’m just going to pour all my apple juice right here into the pot. What I’m going to do, is I’m going to bring it to a boil and this is something you may not have to do with the stuff you buy at the store, but since I buy, I bought fresh stuff, you bring this to a boil, you let it completely cool down and then you bring it to the boil again, let it completely cool down a second time. I know it sounds crazy but by boiling it, you’re boiling out all of the impurities and by letting it cool, you’re really catching all of them. What this will do is this will insure a crystal clear finished product at the very, very end. So what we’re going to do now is we’re going to let this come to a boil and I’ll show you the fast way to cool it off. "
