Making A Raspberry Latte Espresso Drink

"Hi, I'm Ashley on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show you how to make a raspberry latte. So, we're going to steam our milk first, we're going to make our foam, so you only make it up to a hundred degrees and, just put the steam wand down into the center of the milk. So, to prevent the flavor from curdling, if you're using a fruit flavor, you have to add it to either either extreme hot or extreme cold, so we're going to add our shot first to our raspberry, and then we're going to pour our milk in, and add some foam on top. If you don't add it to the hot shots first, and pour your milk in first, the raspberry will curdle, you always have to add it to the hot shots first.
