How to Make a Blend of Coffee Beans

"On behalf of expertvillage.com, my name is Dean Forrest with Sedona Coffee Roasters. I am here to tell you about roasting coffee. All right right now I am going to weigh off my next 2 batches of beans. They are both going to be the same blend. This particular blend has 3 kinds of coffee in it. Each blend has a specific recipe and we make very sure that it is exactly the same recipe every time. No variation whatsoever because our customers come in to get what they want so we make sure they get the same thing every time. So I add my second variety of bean in there; let me get the last one. I'm sure people at other roaster's have different systems but this is what we have here. Okay we make sure that we label each bean so when I am done I don't mix them up so my next two roasts are ready. "
