Video Transcript

"Hi, I'm Ashley on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show you how to make an iced mocha. So, since this is iced we're going to pour our shots first. Going to use a stainless steel mixing cup and depending on what type of chocolate you use the measurements will be different. You do a pump of chocolate and a pump of vanilla and make sure our shots are between 18 and 28 seconds for this machine. Add our two shots to the chocolate. Anything that has to be dissolved has to be added to the shots, gonna measure our milk out in our cup leaving a little bit of room. You just want to pour the cold milk in first to cool down the shots, then add your ice, stir it around in her, make it cold and put it back in there and it comes with whipped cream or not depending on how they like it. Watch our next segment and I'll show you how to make another drink."
