"Hi, I'm Ashley on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show you how to make a mocha. So, we're going to put just enough milk that we need in a pitcher and you're not going to make any foam, because it's a mocha. You want to make it so that the steam wand is in the middle, not touching the sides. Gonna pour our shots. We're going to make a small one, just one pump of chocolate and we add some vanilla to our. Add the steamed milk and make sure you hold back foam if there's any on it and then add your shot of espresso, and whipped cream on the top. And, that's a mocha. on 8/2/2008 Ashley definitely knows her stuff (good cafes always clean the steam wand immediately!) but the video could have been better. Specifically, when she was preparing the milk near the steam wand (left side of the machine) the camera was still pointing to the right side of the espresso machine. Another round of shooting for close-ups would have helped. Too many shots of her back. Great content though and I think this video will help people make their own mochas at home. Thanks for creating this.
