Making A Steamer Espresso Drink

"Hi, I'm Ashley on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show you how to make a steamer. A steamer is just steamed milk and flavoring and you can do any flavor you want. I will do French vanilla so I'm just going to steam as much milk as I need and I'm going to put an ounce and a half of French of vanilla in it which would also be six counts. If you're doing a fruit flavor, fruit tends to curdle when you add it to anything that's not extremely hot or extremely cold so if I'm doing a fruit flavor I would normally put it in about an inch of cold milk and then stir it really good and then add the steamed milk to it so it doesn't curdle. So, this is a French vanilla steamer and we top it with whipped cream. Watch our next segment and I'll show you how to make another drink."
