"Hi, my name is Gail Hoffman. I'm from Huntington Beach Florida and on behalf of Expert Village I"m going to demonstrate how to make Cafe Au Lait. While our coffee is steeping in the French press I would like to talk to you about the different types of milk you can use. I prefer organic whole milk the organic milk for obvious reasons but the whole milk adds a little bit richer nicer flavor, you can use 2%. I don't recommend skim milk it just wouldn't come out right so whole milk I'm going to make 2 of these so I'm going to use 1 cup of whole milk. You need to bring it to you need to scal the milk to get it nice and hot it's all about timing. You need the coffee ready to go and the hot milk ready to go so you'll put it on the stove, put it on high. Keep your eyes on it you don't want to boil it and not go over and this will just take a few minutes so the same amount time that we let the coffee steep."
