"Hi, I'm Ashley on behalf of Expert Village. I'm going to show you how to make a caffe latte. First let's look at the equipment that you are going to need for the latte. You're going to need an espresso grinder, espresso beans preferably something really fresh and tasty. I'm sure your local coffee shops can help you out with that decision. You're going to need some kind of milk, tonight I'm going to use whole milk cause I think it's the creamiest smoothest latte. You can also use half and half, skim milk or soy milk which is a nice milk alternative, it makes a good creamy latte as well. You're also going to need a knock box, this is in order to knock the espresso puck out of the portifilter basket, a damp or dry rap in order to whip out the basket, a tamp that way you can tamp the espresso down, a thermometer in order to gage the milk temperature, a timer to time your espresso time pull and a steam pitcher in order to steam your milk. Last but not least you're going to need a latte bowl in order to present your drink."
