Video Transcript

"Hi, I'm Terri Turco with Expert Village and today I am melting chocolate. Now single handedly, I'm using the microwave. But we are going to show you another treat made with melted chocolate. As you can see we've already done like the muffin cup and we've done this really artistic little tulip that's going to come out later. And now, this is so simple you can practically be brain dead to do it. You just take chocolate, you put it on a piece of wax paper. Wax paper really is the best. Chocolate comes right off, it's really a great molding device and sometimes what I do is I just put little formations. You could put somebody's initial in there. You can do really whatever you want. And this is all working as a plating. You know, using chocolate as a platform for your dessert. And what we are going to be doing when you come back is we are going to be showing you how to plate up ice cream or little cookies. And we are also going to show you how to decorate with melted chocolate, a special cookie. And if that isn't enough for you, it certainly should be, so do come back because there is nothing better than some really good melted chocolate on your plate along with a dessert."
