"Hi, I'm Terri Turco with Expert Village and our chocolate is all melted. But I know now it's getting really exciting because you want to know what exactly am I going to do with this melted chocolate. Well there is a number of different things that I can show you. First of all I like to make chocolate bowls. And the reason I make chocolate bowls is they are really great vessels and then you take ice cream and you can put fruit in there and your guests are always really impressed. They think you've worked all day and little do they know it's taken you a matter of seconds. And I usually just kind of dip the chocolate in there and then with something as simple as a brush, this is actually my husband's paint brush, you just literally paint around the bowl and if you need more chocolate you just add it, OK, make sure you don't waste too much because I hate losing chocolate. OK. And sometimes it gets a little heavy at the bottom. But none to worry you just brush the sides and you are going to see in about an hour when it really, really hardens it's going to be the perfect chocolate bowl. Now when you come back we're going to show you how to take this little piece of wax paper that I've cut off and how that as well is going to be a very unique chocolate bowl that we cut up in really make kind of an avant garde artistic chocolate surprise. OK, so do come back because what you can't do with wax paper you'll never know unless you do."
