"Hi! I'm Terri Turco with Expert Village, and we're back making fudge. As you can see, the fudge has come to a rolling boil. This has been boiling for 5 minutes at a medium heat. We turned it down from the high heat. Now what we're going to do is we're going to keep it at medium heat, but we're going to add the 12 ounces of chocolate chips. As you can see, the chocolate chips are all melted in. Then you want to take your marshmallow cream. You want to put it in the microwave and just heat it up for about 30 seconds. Now, the reason you're doing that is it's going to really help that marshmallow cream soften and it's going to be easier to come out of the jar, which makes things so much easier for you, which is the whole point. Now, as you can see, the marshmallow cream has risen above the lid. That's how you know it's ready and it's soft enough. Just take that out. With your handy dandy spatula. See how easy this is. It just glides right out instead of really drilling it and trying to get it all out there. You can just put it against the side so it melts down into the fudge. It's going to take a couple of seconds to get everything out. You know what, it's a lot easier after you warm it up. Then you keep stirring. As you can tell, the stirring is the key as I said before. You only have one more ingredient after we get the marshmallow all mixed in. Don't be afraid to give yourself a good arm workout. You've got to really really work it."
