"Hi, my name is Stephanie Barnett and on behalf of Expert Village I'm here to show you how to make a pumpkin pie. Next we'll be adding our last ingredient to our pie filling mix, it's evaporated milk. It is a twelve fluid ounce can, shake it first just to make sure that everything is incorporated. I'm going to take a can opener. Open both sides of it so that it'll flow much easier. Again, we're going to start stirring and we're going to pour slowly so that it incorporates into the pumpkin mixture. Make sure you scrape down the sides and really get all of that incorporated together and it's time to put the filling into the pie crust. Remember, we've just taken this pie crust out of the refrigerator, it's ice cold. Have a spatula on hand if you need it, pour that pie filling into the pie crust. You can do it right up to the very top. If you have a little bit of extra filling which on this one we may, you can take a small ramekin and fill that with the extra filling. So now we have our pie crust and our filling together and our pie is ready to go into the oven."
