"Hi, my name is Stephanie Barnett and on behalf of Expert Village I'm here to show you how to make a pumpkin pie. Our next step is to add the spice sugar mixture that you made earlier into the pumpkin egg mixture. It's very important that you stir that pumpkin egg mixture well and then stir the spice mixture well into that. You don't want to get any lumps of sugary spice that don't incorporate into the pumpkin pie mixture. Let's begin. Start by whisking your pumpkin and egg mixture again to make sure that there are no lumps. You're going to slowly pour in the spice sugar mixture. If you do it slowly, it will incorporate better rather than dumping the whole thing at once. Make sure you whisk the edges of the bowl to make sure the entire thing is incorporated. It may get a little bit stiffer but that's okay. You want to make sure and it's changing color, it's getting a deeper golden brown. There, you've incorporated the entire thing and it looks lovely."
