"Hi, my name is Stephanie Barnett and on behalf of Expert Village I'm here to show you how to make a pumpkin pie. Hi, now we're going to do the next step in your pumpkin pie filling. Take two eggs. I prefer brown free ranged organic eggs. You know the chickens have been fed well and right and they lived right and they're going to produce wonderful eggs. For those of you who aren't good cracking eggs, I recommend you take a separate bowl. Crack your eggs into this bowl first that way if you get any shells in your egg, you can fish it out easily rather than having it in your big mixing bowl and making a big mess. No shell today. We're going to pour our eggs into the big mixing bowl, we're now going to take a whisk and we're going to beat the eggs until the yokes and the whites congealed and become one mask. Then, you will add the pumpkin, one can of pumpkin. Make sure you get that pumpkin, all that pumpkin out of the can and you're going to beat that together until it's incorporated."
