"Hi, my name is Stephanie Barnett and on behalf of Expert Village I'm here to show you how to make a pumpkin pie. If you have any excess dough, it's nice to make a decoration for the top of your pie. Add a little flour to your wax paper, add a little more flour to the top, roll out the dough again. It should be a little bit easier this time because we worked it before. Make sure that you flip the dough, take any kind of cookie cutter you would like. Today I'm using a leaf and an acorn. So you're going to press down. I like to press out as many as I can so you're not having to re-roll any of that dough many, many times. You can re-roll it a couple of times, but if you keep working it, the dough is going to get tough and it's not going to taste very good. So you're going to take those shapes, I have lined this baking sheet with a silk hat liner. I highly recommend these. These, nothing will stick to these and they cook lovely, evenly and brown. Give some space because these will enlarge when they're cooking. Also tap off a little bit of the excess flour and then I'm going to take these scraps, I'm going to re-roll that and cut out a few more shapes so you're not wasting all that and you also have more to decorate your crust with."
