"Hi, I'm Scott for Expert Village, and today I'm going to teach you how to make Lime Jello. Let's take a look at our ingredients. A Lime Jello flavor packet, one cup of cold water, a mixing bowl, and two cups of boiling water. To get started, we'll just take our flavor packet and add it to the bowl. Now that we have the flavor packet in the bowl, we just take our boiling water now and add that to the mix. Now that the hot water is added to our mixture, we go ahead and stir this for roughly two minutes or until we see that everything has dissolved inside of it. You'll notice that I'm using a metal whisk, this puts some more air into it and that's good. If you don't happen to have a whisk, you can use a fork. Now that it's mixed together really well, we can go ahead and take our cold water now and add that. Okay, now that's it's all mixed together we can go ahead and pour this out into a container. I like to use these square containers because these stack really well inside your fridge if you making a lot of stuff. We'll go ahead and take our liquid now, and we'll just pour that out into the bowl. Now we're going to want to put this away in the refrigerator for about four hours, by then it should be set completely. Okay, so it's been about four hours now. You can go ahead and take you Jello now, it's nice and set, it's nice and firm. Take a knife and cut little square grooves into this with your knife, making nice little squares, about three in a row. And if you want to loosen it even better take the whole container, give it a good smack right on the counter, that will loosen the bottom. Now just go ahead and take a fork, stick it in there, pull the little square pieces out. You'll see that they fall very nicely into your little container. And that my friend is how you make Jello. For Expert Village, I'm Scott. "
