"Hi, I'm Scott for Expert Village and today I am going to teach you how to make Lemon Jello. Let's take a look at our ingredients. A Lemon Jello packet, a cup of cold water, a medium mixing bowl, and we're also going to need one cup of boiling water. To get started, we'll just take our flavor packet and add to the bowl. Now that we have the flavor packet in the bowl we just take our boiling water now and add that to the mix. Now that the hot water is added to our mixture, we just go ahead and stir this for roughly two minutes or until we see that everything has dissolved inside of it. You'll notice that I'm using a metal whisk. This puts some more air into it and that's good. If you don't happen to have a whisk you can use a fork. Now that it's mixed together really well we go ahead and take our cold water now and add that. Okay, now that's it's all mixed together we can go ahead and pour this out into a container. I like to use these square containers because the stack really well inside your fridge if you're making a lot of stuff. So we go ahead and pour that into a container. Now we're going to want to put this into the refrigerator for about four hours, till it sets completely. Okay, it's been about four hours now, so we'll go ahead and take our Jello, that's nice and firm as you can see. We'll grab a knife now; you just cut little squares into your Jello with the knife. That should separate it. If you want to separate it even better, take the whole container and just give it a nice smack on the bottom of the table. That will loosen the bottom. Now take a little cup that you'll put it in. Grab your fork and scoop out the little pieces that you just made. You'll have a nice delicious square Jello treat. For Expert Village, I'm Scott."
