"Hi! I'm Rachel for Expert Village. I already took the second dough and rolled it, prepared it and now I am going to show you how to prepare the sweet jelly filling that we are going to put in. I took two tablespoons of jelly and I am going to take 1 1/2 tablespoons of nice grounded walnuts and mix them up together. Then I am going to add to it a 1/2 tablespoon of bread crumbs or biscuit crumbs. The bread crumbs helps the jelly stay in its place and not drip and melt out of the Rugelach. So after I mixed it, I am going to start putting it in the middle halfway in a circle. I don't want it to be in the middle and don't want it to be in the top. You are going to see soon why. I am just going to smear it around. Now if you want you can add a little bit more. Just sprinkle it on top and I am going to cut it again the same way as I cut the poppy seed one. First cut it into 4 and cut each one in the middle again and again. "
