"Hi! I'm Rachel for Expert Village. The final rolling is with the sugar and poppy seed as you can see and now the dough is ready to be cut. You see it's round and the poppy seed is stuck to it. We are going to cut it first in the middle, then the other middle from the top to the bottom and then I am going to cut it again through the middle and again, I am going to cut each pizza piece into half again and now we start from the top and we roll it inside and here is our Rugelach. You can always take the left over poppy seed and sugar and sprinkle it on top if you want. Now I am going to take you to the next dough and we are going to start with another filling. "
