"Hi! I'm Rachel for Expert Village. Now I am going to show you how to add margarine to it and to make it more flaky. This is how you make flaky dough by layering it out and putting margarine on top and folding it up. So we are putting the dough on a baking sheet and now I am going to roll it, roll it out. And I cut the 200 grams of margarine in half and I am going to just put it on the dough. After doing that, I am going to fold up the dough. It is important that the margarine will get spread up nice on this dough right now. Okay, we are going to take the dough and fold it in half and we are going to roll it again. Turn this here. The rolling pin became a little bit sticky, so I am going to put a little bit of flour on it and we are going to continue flattening it. "
