"Hi! I'm Rachel for Expert Village. Now I am going to show you how to mix the ingredients. You can either use a mixer. Today I am going to show you how to mix it by hand because not everybody has a mixer at home and it is fine to use it by hand so I'm going to show you. I am going to start with a 4 cups of flour. I am going to pour it in and I am going to make a little hole in the middle, like this and inside this little hole, I am going to pour the yeast, the 1 1/2 tablespoons of yeast and on top of it 4 tablespoons of sugar as you can see. The salt I am going to put around it because salt and yeast are not good friends. If the salt touches the yeast when it is not with other ingredients, it might kill it. Now I am going to put the 2 tablespoons of oil around. The 2 eggs I am going to mix a little bit with the fork, not too much but just a little bit and I am going to pour it in to. Last I am going to pour the 1 cup of water."
