"Hello my name is Denise Bennet, and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. Ok we're almost done with this recipe. For the chocolate ball, which is what we're making today, we're going to add a little bit of coconut butter. Coconut butter is the coconut flesh plus the coconut water. Add it to the bowl. This was straight from the processor, so it's the cacao nuts, there was a little bit of date, and we put some brazil nuts and walnuts in there. And now, this was just the water, so that we could get the material through the processor. We want to check what's behind here. Behind this cap is going to be some nut cream and some date and some chocolate. This is so beautiful. I want to make sure that we don't miss out on this. Oh it's just so creamy. This is the best. It takes every bit of my self control not to eat this instead of having it go into the bowl. So I am having to be disciplined, so we'll actually end up with something instead of half a recipe. This is the best; it's so creamy. This is the chocolate, plus the date, plus the nut butter. Ok, put that in. And we're also going to get behind this cap a little bit and find out what else we have back here. That's more of it, and I don't want to waste this. I want to make sure that we can use it. It's a little bit tricky to get off of here, and usually I keep my hands very clean, so I just use my fingers because it's easier than this. I'm sorry I'm such a tease."
