"Hello, my name is Denise Bennett and I am here on behalf of Expert Village. Now keep in mind that the cow is not sweet. Carob is. Chocolate once it is in the bar form that you find at the store, lots and lots of sugar has been added to it. We don't want to use processed sugar and I don't use white sugar cane or any of that. What I do like to use is Agave which is from a cactus plant and it is in natural form. If you are not vegan, you could use honey. I am vegan, so I like to use this instead. Alright we can make treats that are raw and our bodies are actually happy with them. So when it is cookies, chocolate or pies, as long as we are using the fruits and vegetables and the nuts or whatever you are using in raw form and we are not adding cooked oils and killing the enzymes, all of that, we are going to be able to have something that we are happy with and our bodies are happy with.
