"Hi this is Rich Buccola here in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show you how to make cappuccino brownie cups. First thing we want to do is grease our casserole dish before we even start anything and just put it aside. Your just going to use little butter, make sure you wash your hands, just grab it and grease the whole bottom and the sides, must do the sides, we want to get it real good and greased with the butter and then just put this aside. Alright, we're back at our skillet, we're going to get a medium to high flame. We're going to need 3/4 of a cup of butter, if you have one of these sticks, it's about 1and 1/2 sticks of butter so put that in, we're going to get that melted along with our sugars. We're going to take 1/2 a cup of our brown sugar and with your spatula, I'm sure everyone has a spatula, start mixing this up. Next add 3/4 of a cups of regular sugar, add 1/2 a cup of the unsweetened coco. Alright, we're going to keep stirring this and cook it down until the butter melts and everything gets nice and smooth like a nice chocolate."
