How to Bake a Sweet Bruschetta Dessert

"Hi, this is Rich Buccola here in NYC and today on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to make sweet bruschetta. We're going to put these on our ungreased pan. You see I covered them in the nut and sugar mixture. What we're going to do now is put this in the broiler about five inches from the flame, 30 seconds a minute tops keep an eye on it. What we're looking to see is the bananas get glazed and brown nice, see you in a few. We're here we are just pushing it into our broiler we're going to leave it for about 30 seconds and keep an eye on it. I just took them out of the oven they look amazing make sure you keep an eye on them don't let them burn it took about 30 seconds. These things were glazed and all you are looking for is glazing the bananas and toasting the nuts real quick. So that is all it takes. Now we're just going to show you how I serve them."
