"Hi, this is Rich Buccola here in NYC and today on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to make sweet bruschetta. You're just going to peel your bananas take it off; what you want to do is thinly slice these on a bias. I'll show you what a bias means; just an angle and what we're going to do is do this to all of them. Just cut off that tip don't want it and just very thinly slice on a bias, on an angle so just keep slicing all your bananas. We want them thinly sliced, we're going to take our bread out of the oven in a little bit, it's toasted up nice and we're going to actually start to put these together. We'll start to put our hazelnut spray to start it off. I just checked on my toast. I actually gave it a flip and we're going to actually start to melt some butter while we have a second or two. We're going to get to a medium to a high flame and we're going to put about two-three tablespoons of butter and on a medium flame we're going to melt that down. This is going to be used to coat our bread and our bananas. Just watch your butter. You want to keep it on a low flame, you don't want to actually get it to boil, you just want to get it to where it melts, then we'll remove it from the flame. We have our butter melted, we have our bananas ready for our bread. It is ready to get spread. We're taking our bread out of the toaster oven. When we get back to the table we're going to start to plate and not plate but prepare and get this ready for the oven or broiler should I say. It's sweet bruschetta here on Expert Village."
