"Hi, this is Rich Buccola here in NYC and today on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show you how to make sweet bruschetta. We're first going to add I didn't talk about measuring spoons but you should have them. We're going to go about four to five of the hazelnuts so I say four so I have a pretty good eye a little bit extra won't hurt, it's seven dollars a pound. So we're going to add about five tablespoons of the hazelnut and three tablespoons of the brown sugar and mix that really good, one, two, three. Also we're going to put in one tablespoon of just regular sugar. We're going to mix this through and through. We have our sugars and our nut combined mixed very good, put it on the side. We're going to start now on just getting our bananas cut and we're ready to go."
