"Hi, this is Rich Buccola here in NYC and today on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show you how to make sweet bruschetta. Our bread is toasting and while that is toasting now is a good chance we can get to our food processor and just chop up some of the nuts. I started chopping up some and we need about four or five tablespoons of the hazelnuts so again just work your processor until they are finely chopped. I've been pulsing them for about less than a minute they are really chopped fine, you definitely want to put this in the processor because by doing so you get the right consistency. You don't want to be too big with the hazelnuts and it might be to hard to chop with the knife. You're going to have to sit there and start using the chopper motion; you'll get them down real small. So what we're going to do now is take these hazelnuts and add them to our sugars."
