"Hi, this is Rich Buccola here in NYC and today on behalf of Expert Village. I'm going to show you how to make sweet bruschEtta. We have our bread here and the first thing we're going to do is we're going to slice it about half to three quarters of an inch slicing about six slices. Realize all bruschetta has to be toasted bread so we're going to slice about six slices three quarters, half an inch or so you know I'm not using one of my aunts, my aunts always say "why do you cut the bread like that, that is not how you are suppose to", here is how you're really suppose to cut the bread it makes it a lot easier. She always told me that and I always forget and this time I remembered. So anyways slice your bread getting about 5-6 slices. We have our bread ready and we're going to put it on our toaster oven these are kind of thick so you can even throw them in your oven if you want. Put your oven for about 350 just put it right on the rack, we're going to pop these in our toaster oven and we're going to toast them nice."
