"Hi, this is Rich Buccola here in NYC and today on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show you how to make sweet bruschetta. Today we're going to need the following ingredients for this sweet bruschetta. The ingredients we're going to be using today we're going to need like a sour dough bread or a nice round bread this is a country round, an Italian round it's a little expensive five bucks for this piece of bread one loaf of bread, a little expensive. Also hazelnuts, you don't have to use hazelnuts but you see six bucks for not even a pound they're expensive as well but you're not going to use the whole thing; you can snack on them after. This is about loving, this is not really about price. You're going to love to make this for the kids and the kids will love it. You're going to need some butter, some bananas. Don't have to be completely riped. These aren't because we're putting them in the broiler it won't make a difference. We're going to use some brown and regular white sugar. This is the special stuff, this is a hazelnut spread it's called Nutella, get any kind of hazelnut spray you can get. This is what makes this beautiful, you're also going to use some cocoa powder and some powder sugar to go on it along with our mint leafs. That is it for ingredients. I mean it's easy we're going to chop up these nuts, we're going to slice up these bananas, we're going to toast the bread put the spread on it get it all mixed up, boom we're going to be back 10-15 minutes and we're going to be munching. I hope you're making this, this is sweet bruschetta. The kids will love you for it."
