"Hi. I'm Sara Darley with Sar-Bear's Cheesecakes foe Expert Village. In this segment we are going to show you how to take a plain cheesecake and turn it into an apple cinnamon cheesecake. First thing you're going to want to do is melt some cinnamon chips which you can get in the baking aisle. Sometimes these flavor a chips are seasonal and they only have them out by Thanksgiving and Christmas time. But you can usually get them at a specialty store or off line if you need to do so. You can use another flavor also. You don't need to use cinnamon. But we're going to just melt three quarters of a cup of the cinnamon chips and mix it with with one and a half cups of your batter. And again, this is a half cup so I'm just going to go ahead an pour three of these in. And make sure you mix it together so its mixed thoroughly throughout. Cinnamon chips are pretty small and they're not very dense so they tend to melt pretty quickly, you might need to put them in as long as you did the other flavors of chips. But also, for some reason, they also tend to harden up pretty quick so you kind of want to mix them in with your batter quickly so they don't stick to the bottom a lot. Just kind of scrape the bottom while you're mixing it and then go ahead and pour it into the pan. And again you can use any flavor of crust you want. We went with the graham cracker crust today. You can see how they kind of stick to the bottom of bowl a little bit. Just even it out."
