"Hi. I'm Sarah Darley with Sar-Bear's Cheesecakes for Expert Village. This is three quarter of a cup of white chocolate chips And I put them in the microwave for about two minutes on half power. You want to make sure that you really watch white chocolate chips because they tend to burn in the microwave. So I started out by putting them in for a minute and a half and when they weren't melted all the way I put them in for another thirty seconds on half power. If you put them in for too long at once they can melt the edges and they'll become really dry and they won't mix in very easily. So since we're only doing white chocolate and raspberry if you'd rather just mix the white chocolate chips into the rest of your batter that's fine. You don't need to take the batter and pour it all into this bowl, there's a little bit less white chocolate. So just go ahead and take your spatula, take the white chocolate chips out and pour them in with the rest of your batter. And then just make sure that you mix that in pretty thoroughly. Its kind of hard to tell when there are the white chocolate chips, but you can tell the different densities so I'll just make sure there's not really any clumps. And then go ahead and pour that in over your raspberries. The raspberry could still be a little bit thin so you just want to make sure that you pour it kind of slowly. And just kind of move it back and forth while you're pouring it. So you've got a little bit more in here. And I think I said this before on the other cheesecake, it?s okay if it comes up a little because the layers will settle because they're different densities. So they won't really mix together. Go ahead and take your spatula and get all the rest of it out. Now you just usually just spoon it in over the edges to make sure that all the pink is covered from the raspberries. And then you can just even it out. And its ready to go into the oven."
