"Hi. I'm Sarah Darley with Sara-Bear's Cheesecakes for Expert Village. In this segment we are going to be talking about how to turn a plain cheesecake into a chocolate-peanut butter cheesecake. So you're going start out the same way you did before and you'll have your regular batter all mixed together and what you are going to need is two types of chips. You're going to need the peanut butter chips just like regular baking chips. And milk chocolate baking chips also. Half a cup of each and you're going to want to go ahead and put them in a bowl, one at a time. So the peanut butter usually goes first because peanut butter is a little bit more dense than the chocolate. So you're going to need to melt these in the microwave or you can do it on the stove top if you prefer to do it that way. But just make sure they're like an even layer so you don't have any parts that will burn. Then put them in your microwave again on half power until they're all melted together. I just pulled the chips out of the microwave and I'm just mixing them all together to make sure that they are fully melted. So after you've made sure that they're fully melted you just need to go ahead and add one and a quarter, one and a third cups of batter into this peanut butter mix. So you just take one cup and just scoop it in. And just make sure that it?s like pretty full and go just go ahead and just dump it in there. And you can do the same with the third cup of batter. After you've dumped the batter, then you just want to go ahead and you can just use a fork or a spoon and just mix it together pretty thoroughly. Because the peanut butter is going to kind of stick to the bottom of the bowl so you just want to make sure that you mix it thoroughly through out. And you kind of want to do it quick after it gets out of the microwave because the batter is cold and the chips are warm so they'll start to harden up again when you put the two together into the bowl. So it might get a little lumpy which is all right because the peanut butter chips will melt together and they are then better. Just make sure you mix this thoroughly as you can. We use the dark cookie wafers to make your crust for this and after you're done mixing it in you just want to go ahead and pour it in as the bottom layer right into the spring form pan with your cookies that have already been baked into. So just use a spatula and just kind of smooth it out. Just make sure you get as much out of the bowl as you can. And then just smooth it out so its like a thin layer over the bottom of the cheesecake."
