"Hi! This is Rich Buccola here in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to make an ice cream sundae, an ice cream malt, an ice cream soda, and a chocolate egg cream. My favorite of all of them, the ice cream sundae. You can use any ice cream. I'm going to use chocolate and vanilla today in mine. Toppings on your sundae are endless. You can use a banana. You can use Reese Pieces, M&Ms. I'm going to use Oreos today, and I'm also going to use some pineapple. Again, unlimited. A sundae also has to have nuts. I'm going to use walnuts. I could also get these, which are in syrup which are really nice. Also, a sundae has to have some syrup in it, so I'm going to use some chocolate syrup. You can use fudge. Whatever you like. There's no wrong way to make a sundae. You're also going to top it off with some whip cream. You can make it fresh or just get it right out of the can like this. Last but not least, every sundae must have a maraschino cherry. Go out and make a sundae with your kids. It's going to be great. Sundae is fun day here on Expert Village."
